Returns & Refunds

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Bognortyres. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at very low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund minus any carriage costs we have incurred. We cannot accept any wheels back if they are damaged or scratched. Any un-authorised goods returned to Bognortyres will be refused by our goods in dept. If you decide within 7 days that you would like to return an item purchased from this website, you can return it to Bognortyres.

Wheel Warranty

All Bognortyres products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 1 year for painted wheels, 6 months for diamond cut, chrome or polished wheels. All of our ex-display or used wheels carry no warranty or guarantee. Bognortyres will not be held liable for any external charges. We advise that you check for correct equipment, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting. If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged do not fit to your vehicle. We also advise a test fit prior to mounting tyres for wheel only packages. Failure to check car details make, model, version, year and original tyre size at checkout may invalidate any claim.

Alloy wheels manufacturer must establish liability in order for Bognortyres to warrant an alloy wheel.  We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for Bognortyres to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve new tyre problems on the spot.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your invoice number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to Bognortyres, or we can arrange collection.
